EASY NO BAKE CHEESECAKE RECIPE


Ingredients  

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (store bought)
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling




Directions: 

  1. Unwrap the pie crust and refrigerate to chill while you make the filling. 
  2. Whip the cream in a bowl with a mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Transfer the cream to a separate bowl, and place cream cheese in the first bowl. Whip cream cheese until smooth. 
  4. Add sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese, and beat until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. 
  6. Pour cream filling into chilled graham cracker crust, and flatten the top surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon. 
  7. Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. 
  8. Spread cherry filling over the top, or serve it on the side.
