FLASHING - FOAM BRUSH


FLASHING: Any thin piece of metal installed as a moisture barrier.

FLAT CHISEL: A chisel with a flat edge, designed for finishing surfaces.

FLAT PAINT: A type of interior paint that dries to a flat (non glossy) finish. Most Home And Living designs involve using flat paint for walls and other very large surfaces.

FLATWORK: The paving of flat surfaces such as concrete floors, driveways, and sidewalks. Most architectural, home and living designs call for some degree of flatwork.

FLINT: A type of sandpaper.

FLY RAFTERS: End rafters attached to a roof's gable for support.

FOAM: A malleable synthetic material made by trapping gas inside solids or liquids.

Foam is used for many construction-related purposes, such as home and living insulation. Foam can also be made into bricks for building.
